1. Choose a secret. Pick a word or phrase and let the recipient know what it is. They’ll use the same secret to decode your message.
2. Enter your secret and message. Type the secret in “Secret word or phrase” and your message in “Your message.”
3. Wait for the encoded result. It appears automatically as you type. There is no separate Encode button.
4. Copy and send. Select “Copy encoded message” and send the copied text. Share the secret separately so the recipient can decode it.

Secret rules: Use 4–128 letters, no more than two identical letters in a row, and no repeated words or repeating patterns. Spaces and punctuation do not count as letters.

Message limit: Up to 675 letters and spaces. Punctuation is removed and the result uses uppercase letters.

1. Get the sender’s secret. You need the same word or phrase they used to encode the message.
2. Enter the secret. Type it in “Secret word or phrase.”
3. Paste the whole encoded message. Put the copied text in “Encoded message.” The decoded result appears automatically.
4. Read or copy the result. Your message appears in “Decoded result.” Select “Copy decoded message” to copy it.

Having trouble? Check that your secret matches the sender’s and that you copied the complete encoded message.
